Warranty coverage on your robots

Every robot Tovrana sells is backed by the manufacturer's warranty from PUDU Robotics. As your authorized dealer, we help you understand your coverage and coordinate any claim from start to finish.

Covered by the PUDU Robotics manufacturer warranty

Every robot Tovrana sells is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty issued by PUDU Robotics. Tovrana, as an authorized PUDU Robotics dealer, assists you with claims coordination. The warranty itself is issued and honored by PUDU.

What the warranty typically covers

The following is a plain language summary of PUDU's published warranty policy, in our own words. It is a general guide, not the warranty itself, and PUDU's official documents always govern.

  • A limited warranty that typically runs 12 months from activation or purchase, whichever comes first.
  • Manufacturing defects under normal use and operation.
  • Core components such as the battery, motor, pump, and electronic systems, covered for the same period as the main unit.
  • Confirmed defects receive free repair or replacement of the part, and replacement parts carry the remainder of the warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

What the warranty does not cover

PUDU's policy excludes damage and wear that fall outside normal use. Typical exclusions include:

  • Misuse, or unauthorized modification or disassembly of the robot.
  • External damage such as collisions, liquid exposure, and foreign object intrusion.
  • Consumable parts that wear with use, such as rubber blades, brush kits, pad kits, and squeegee assemblies.

What a valid claim requires

To keep coverage valid, PUDU's policy generally requires:

  • Valid proof of purchase.
  • An intact, readable serial number on the robot.
  • Operation in line with the official product manual.

The exact terms and duration for your specific model and purchase channel are confirmed in writing with your quote.

Extended coverage with PUDU CARE

PUDU CARE extended warranty and service plans are available for purchase, adding up to 2 additional years of coverage on eligible models. Tovrana helps you choose a plan and adds it to your package.

How a claim works in practice

If you think a robot has a covered issue, start with Tovrana. We coordinate the claim with PUDU technical service and stay with it until it is resolved.

  • Contact Tovrana first, with the robot and a short description of the issue.
  • We diagnose remotely first, which resolves many issues quickly.
  • When a claim needs hands on service, we coordinate it with PUDU technical service, on site when needed.
