SMS Messaging Program Terms
These terms govern the Tovrana SMS (text messaging) program. By providing your mobile phone number on our contact form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Tovrana, a brand of RDT Sales LLC, is an authorized PUDU Robotics dealer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Tovrana SMS program sends text messages related to a recipient's inquiry about our robots and services. This includes messages about product demonstrations, proposals, financing, deployment scheduling, ongoing service, and related follow-up. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from Tovrana by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and providing a valid US mobile phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Tovrana. You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to enroll.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the nature and progress of your inquiry.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. These charges come from your wireless carrier, not from Tovrana. Tovrana does not charge a separate fee for messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Tovrana. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from the Tovrana SMS program. If you want to rejoin later, you may sign up again the same way you originally subscribed.

No sharing for third party marketing
Tovrana does not share or sell your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in information, or the content of your text messages with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with the messaging service providers we use to deliver messages on our behalf, and only as necessary to operate the SMS program.
Supported carriers
The Tovrana SMS program is available on major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide to the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page (tovrana.com/sms-terms). Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
