PUDU T600 Series Industrial Transport Robots in Operation

The T600 is what industrial transport looks like without a forklift driver. This video shows both shapes of the series: the Standard version carrying a load on its deck, and the Underride version sliding beneath a rack, lifting it, and taking it across the floor. Either way, that is 600 kilograms moving from one station to the next while your people stay on the line.

Watch the rack pickup closely. The robot recognises the rack group on its own, aligns, lifts, and goes, and it does the reverse at the drop point. On the route it yields to people and vehicles and takes the idle elevator when a cross floor run calls for it, so a multi level plant is one map rather than several.

The coordination shown near the end is the part that scales. The T600 speaks VDA5050, the open scheduling protocol, so it fits into an existing fleet manager rather than requiring a new one, and it runs on premises on your own servers with 24 hour operation.

For a warehouse, a manufacturing plant, or a distribution site moving heavy loads all day, the product page below covers payloads and versions, and the manufacturing page shows floor transport without a forklift in detail.
